Our Team

We love what we do and hopefully that shows in all that we offer

Head Chef & Co Owner

Being the daughter of Hardworking farmers, working in the North of England, I was always surrounded by food.  My parents showed me that working hard is the key to success and I continue to work hard in memory to them both.

I started my journey in the kitchen at the tender age of 18.  I trained as a Chef and was lucky enough to travel the world with work,  working in some very well known kitchens, including the Savoy in London.  I made some incredible memories and long life friends.  I did however take some time out to start and raise my own family (Twin daughters).  They are now grown up and ready to start their own journey at University.  I couldn't be more proud of them both.

I decided after a few different job roles that I'm at my happiest when I am cooking and so I have returned to the kitchen (Not that you ever leave as a parent)!  This is my time now,  to draw on everything I have learnt over my career so far and share with you my passion for food &  love for people

Head of Service & Co-Owner

I was a fussy eater as a child and it's only since having my own children I learnt the importance of trying foods that ordinarily.   It's been a complete game changer.  I absolutely love my food - in fact my friends say that I should be double the weight I am as I eat...ALOT.

To me,  food should be enjoyed and you should eat the foods you like, however everything in moderation!

I can cook (Not as well as Julie obviously) and I enjoy trying new recipes, learning new skills and learning more about the foods that we source. I love being front of house as it enables me to meet so many amazing people.

I'm very lucky to be working with such a talented Chef and our amazing team and very much look forward to hopefully showing you what great service and food we can produce for you event no matter how big or small.
